I remember being so hyped to hit San Francisco my first time. Mostly because I've always wanted to visit the city and partly because I really liked Huf. I couldn't wait to check out their
store. By the end of my trip I fell in love with both. Huf embodied everything that SF had to offer. The vibe was chill and the product was built solid. Considering how much I personally
dig the brand and what it represents, it was pretty rad for me to check their blog today and see my photographs.

Yesterday was fucking crazy busy. Shipped out all of the orders (thank you for all of the international love)  and then shot a magazine spread. After that I shot a video to go with the
shoot. Mike from the publication came over to chop it up with Shay. She's going to have a nice little write up by Mike, who is a master with words. I'm really looking forward to seeing
how this turns out. It's the first of many rad print projects this year. Shout out to my boy John for the lens used on these behind the scene shots! 8-15L is gnar!

People keep asking why Shay and I are going so hard on projects together lately. To explain, Shay was one of the first real models I shot when I started doing photography three years
ago. Right away I loved working with her because of the energy we had together. It was like we were old friends just having fun. It also turns out that we are both ambitious as fuck. Of
course you see Shay every where, and well, obviously I have covered my own ground in a short period of time.

piece I did out of an old Stussy shirt. I was working on three projects at the time and then BAM! I had an idea to chop up a shirt, re-construct it back together and then shoot it on a
body. For some reason its the spur of the moment, sudden gust of inspiration, projects that always seems to work out for me. Stussy may be the brand that absolutely means the most to

I'm stoked that for my first time taking on a task like this it was with 9Five. They're a well respected brand in the optics realm and now about to launch some new products to their ever

in a minute and it felt A-Mazing.
My mom surprised me with a new phone. She literally said my Droid was a piece of shit (had it for almost 3yrs) and it was time to update my technology. As much as I want to say I
hate the iPhone, I can't. Shit is super ill. Now that I have one, I don't think I can ever use anything else. I also got talked into having an instagram. Most of you know how much I hate
that shit because it makes assholes with a phone all of the sudden think they're photographers. Unfortunately I had to do it for business and social purposes (you'll understand at some
point).

I told myself I would only take photos of photos I've already shot or of stuff I need to tweet. I don't use any filters except to turn shit to black and white. I do think the blur tool is pretty
rad for some stuff. Basically I don't fuck with anything that I wouldn't normally use on a photograph. Why? Because that shit is stupid (in my opinion). Its "tools" like filters that fucked up
photography and molested it into "iphoneography". Yeah, thats a real term. But whatever, I've officially had intstagram for four days now. Follow to get your daily dose of Steezy.
