There is nothing like taking a photo and having
instant gratification. The end result, a image with a
vintage characteristics that everyone can relate to.
There is not one family in the 80’s that didn’t have
one of these bricks laying around in their home. My
family is no different. When I go through my baby
pictures I notice that most of them were shot with a
Polaroid. Perhaps that is the reason why I get a
warm feeling throughout my body whenever I shoot
with mine. It's as if time never stopped and we are
living in a era when things were better. The film is
the portal that takes our eyes through a visual
exploration into a more wonderful place.
The grain, the contrast the physical touch. That is all
shit that you can't get from any other film format. It
is truly priceless and I cant get enough of it.
