35mm shots from my trip to NYC last month. Shit was so fun and everyone was awesome! I got word last week that I'll be heading back out there next month (July) for work. I can't wait!
NY is one of those places that you need weeks to explore, or fuck it...

I got booked to shoot pieces off of the new Benny Gold range (Guerrero Collection) this weekend. I enlisted the help of my two favorite sisters, the Jaro's. We're pretty close friends so

of my favorite magazines. My friends and I would drive from Thousand Oaks to Melrose to stop by Workmens Outlet just to grab a few copies.

Benny Gold is one of my favorite clients/friends to work with. He lets me basically do anything I want while pushing the visual limit of his conservative brand. I definitely believe in him
and it's rad to know he believes in me as well. As of late, I can sense people being shocked by the imagery coming from our projects together. Even at meetings this week it as been a
topic of discussion among myself and the people in the room. To me, that means I'm doing my job. I never shoot nudity with his products but I definitely gesture sexual expression in the
photographs. Sex is natural and honest and a part of life. If captured right without it being too "in your face" it triggers thoughts and concern between the image and viewer. Basically
what Benny and I have created together looks effortless but in all reality, I put a lot of thought into making it look that way. Thank you to everyone that has clicked the Like and Tweet
